Last night, a local radio station announced that as of midnight, Jimmy Page would become the station's new owner. Apparently, he heard the station between stops on his tour and was impressed by how much Led Zepplin they played. Callers to the station were going nuts all night long.
C'mon, people, what's the date as of midnight? I mean, they showed a little creativity by starting early, but geez.
Gotta give 'em credit, though-- they know what people *want* to believe.
Would've been more clever if they had announced that it would be effective as of 3:30 AM on April 2nd.
(you see, at 3:00 AM is when the "spring forward" to 4:00 AM occurs for DST, so 3:30 AM does not exist on that day -- since this will be the first time that many Ft. Wayne residents will be doing this, they probably wouldn't realize this fact)
Or is that being way too nerdy?
